  • How can I access Stricker´s catalogues?
    To access Stricker catalogues you will have to, in the first place, send your personal information (by filling in our new client form), so that your client file can be created. After this procedure, you will be allowed to access our catalogues and price lists.
  • Is my client file automatically created when I send the new client filled-in form?
    No. Only after analysing the data you have submitted your website access will be created. If your company’s activity is within the range of those which are considered as belonging to our business sector you’ll be asked to send us an official probative document. After receiving and analysing this documents we will admit you as a Stricker client.
  • Which activities are usually accepted as belonging to the sector?
    The generally accepted activities are those related to graphics and printing, advertising and trade in goods or stationery and consulting and services for companies. The presented list is not exhaustive, so the acceptance of new clients is always submitted to an individual analysis.
  • What do I have to do to access Stricker´s online system?
    If you already are a Stricker client and you have received the access data, you will only have to insert these data in the login field. If you already are a client but you do not have the access data yet, please contact Stricker’s commercial department. The data will be sent to you as soon as possible. Then, you will be able to use the Stricker online system. If you are not a Stricker client yet, you will have to, in the first place, fill in the new client form. After having been admitted as a client you will we sent the access data. Then, you will be able to use the Stricker online system.
  • I cannot login. What should I do?
    If you are not a Stricker online system user yet, please contact us so that we can send you the access data. If you already are an online system user, the problem may be caused by different situations: wrong username or password, or inactive user. Please check with your company’s administrator user if the data you are trying to insert corresponds to the system’s database. If the problem persists, please contact us.
