The registry is the first step into becoming a Stricker supplier. The process begins with providing detailed and current information, according to the Suppliers Manual, here. This information will then be verified by Stricker.
2. Qualification
During the qualification process, Stricker will verify the supplier’s ability to honor its commitments and pre established requisites listed on the Suppliers Manual. After a rigorous validation process of all specifications necessary for a certain product/supplier is met, it will be integrated into the company’s qualified supplier’s panel.
3. Purchase
Only previously qualified suppliers can be considered when purchasing a product/service for Stricker. All purchases precede market research, making sure potencial suppliers and the qualified ones both have equal ground, in the spirit of free competition.
4. Evaluation
We work continuously in order to improve the quality of our products and services, together with our partners. In this sense we implemented an evaluation process to help their development and encourage the adoption of new and better productive, commercial and work practices. The supplier’s evaluation is based on 5 main criteria – competitiveness, reliability, quality, communication and sustainability.
