Who can make this type of complaint?
According to article 2 of the channel's regulation, it follows that the complaint of infractions may be made, namely, by employees, service providers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, holders of shareholdings, persons belonging to administrative or management bodies or to tax or supervisory bodies of legal persons, including non-executive members, volunteers, or interns of Stricker.
This reporting channel therefore excludes customer complaints.
