Billing notifications: what you need to know

Dear Customer,

We are sharing some information that we consider relevant to the security of our business communications.

We would like to emphasise that all communications from STRICKER relating to invoicing — including the sending of invoices, credit notes, receipts and any financial documents — are carried out exclusively via the email addresses [email protected] and [email protected].

If you receive any communication that appears to have been sent on behalf of STRCKER, but which:

- comes from an email address other than the one given above
- contains payment requests for bank accounts that you do not recognise
- request an update to your payment details or a change to your bank details


Please include any attachments or links that seem unusual to you.
Please provide any other information that raises any doubts.

Please do not reply or take any action until you have confirmed the authenticity of the message with your Account Manager.
